How Hypnox Technologies handles data on this website. Short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell it.
This policy is issued by Hypnox Technologies LLC ("Hypnox," "we," "us"), a Delaware limited liability company. It covers only this website — hypnox.tech — and our direct correspondence with you.
Our apps are governed by their own in-app privacy policies, which take precedence for anything you do inside those products. See section 04.

Lactis stores your data on your device. It requires no account and includes no third-party trackers. Hypnox runs no servers for your data. Everything lives on your devices and in your iCloud. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. With iCloud Advanced Data Protection turned on — for you and your caregivers — it's end-to-end encrypted.
Hypnox (launching 2026) will publish its own detailed privacy policy at launch, describing exactly what is stored on-device, what (if anything) is processed in aggregate, and how location is coarsened for privacy.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we hold so little, most requests amount to deleting an email thread — email us and we'll handle it promptly.
We retain correspondence only as long as needed to help you. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
